To celebrate the release of the limited-edition Hublot Classic Fusion Chronograph Premier League, the brand hosted a high-profile launch event at Battersea Arts Centre during the Arsenal vs Manchester City fixture in October 2023.
BOX was engaged to deliver the centrepiece scenic feature for the event, a sculptural expression of Hublot’s fusion of design and innovation as well as technical production that brought Battersea Arts Centre to life.

Our Role
BOX was engaged to deliver the centrepiece scenic feature for the event, a sculptural expression of Hublot’s fusion of design and innovation as well as technical production that brought Battersea Arts Centre to life.
The Build
The centrepiece was a custom-built polyhedral sculpture inspired by the geometry of a football, standing over 2 metres tall and constructed from a lightweight frame and custom-cut acrylic panels. Each face was precision-cut and assembled to create a true-to-form structure with sharp, architectural clarity.
The sculpture featured internally routed RGB pixel tape enabling smooth fades, transitions and statement lighting cues throughout the evening.
High-gloss surfaces and mirrored acrylic added depth and reflection, catching both ambient and programmed light. The installation formed a visual anchor for the dining space, drawing attention without obstructing flow or line of sight.

On Site
Installation was carried out within the Grand Hall at Battersea Arts Centre, a heritage-listed venue requiring precise coordination across access, timing and integration. Working closely with the lighting and production teams, BOX ensured the sculpture’s build aligned seamlessly with the event schedule and visual language.
The piece functioned not only as a scenic showpiece but as a lighting instrument, capable of adapting in real time to changes in mood, programming and photography.
